Definition of terms and conditions:
The company shall mean floral foam direct ltd, the customer shall mean the corporate identity - firm or individual seeking to purchase goods from the company.

Terms of product delivery:
1. Free delivery applies to goods over £150.00 excluding VAT to anywhere in the UK mainland. 2. For delivery of goods under £150.00 a carriage charge of £10.00 applies. 3. Orders will be dispatched subject to stock within 3 working days, although delivery will usually be by the end of the next working day. No timed delivery of product is guaranteed. 
4. The company is not responsible for any loss of profits arising from late or non delivery of product.  5.  In the event of damaged or part delivery of product, the company must be notified within 7 days of order being delivered.  6. Risk of goods will be customers once delivery has been made.

Terms of sale and payment:
1. Orders are accepted subject to availability - customer will be notified of any out of stock product.  2. No order cancellation will be accepted once goods have left company - if customer refuses delivery they will be responsible for all transport costs and losses to the company.  3. Goods cannot be returned to the company without prior agreement or notification.  4. The company may at any time update prices and withdraw any item from stock without notice. 
5. Goods remain property of the company until full payment has been made.  6. All prices are subject to VAT at standard rate.  7. All dimensions quoted are approximate and act only as a guide.  8. All colours shown via these web pages are to be taken as a guide only to the actual colour.
